Return or exchange policy in the Gulf countryside
- Dear customer, some simple restrictions have been put in place to replace or return the goods purchased from the Gulf countryside, namely:
- All products sold on our website can be returned, in certain cases, and before the expiration of 24 hours from the time of receipt, food items cannot be returned (unless they have expired at the time of delivery).
- Adulterated, counterfeit, defective or non-conforming products can be returned or exchanged on the Gulf Reef website.
- The product must be returned in the original condition in which it was received.
- The process of refunding the value of the product to the customer begins after the result of the quality inspection and acceptance of the returned product. After completing the inspection process, you have the right to receive the price of the returned goods in the same way they were paid.
- All amounts that have been paid are refunded in full without deducting any fees such as cash on delivery fees if the order is returned in full, and in the case of returning only some products, the value of the products will be returned without cash on delivery or shipping fees.
- The return price will be refunded within ten days from the date of acceptance of the return and you will be notified when your request is accepted.
